Job description

To act as a point of contact for adult carers and provide them with information, advice and support on a wide range of issues including welfare benefit, offering specialist carer relevant advice & advocacy on their rights & entitlements as a carer.

Working closely with GP's and other professionals to improve on the identification of carers & referral pathways so carers obtain early access to the range of support services they are entitled to.

The successful candidate will need to have sound welfare benefit advice experience.
