Do you have strong project co-ordination and volunteer management experience? Do you want to work with parent volunteers to support other parents to improve their access to healthcare and other services?
The Bridge Renewal Trust is a local charity that is working with North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust (NMUH), Every Parent and Child and other agencies to empower parents from the most deprived wards in Enfield and Haringey to increase their confidence, create networks of peer-to-peer support for parents and improve appropriate use of services across health and social care (reducing A&E visits). It will build on the pilot workshops delivered by NMUH to improve the confidence of parents through basic child health and family wellbeing workshops.
We are currently recruiting a Project Co-ordinator to work as a member of the ABC Parents Program Team based at NMUH, delivering change across Enfield and Haringey by recruiting and working with parent volunteers to support other parents to increase their confidence and awareness of other local services.
We are looking for someone who is: experienced in project coordination and volunteer recruitment and management, effective at partnership working, excellent at preparing monitoring reports, a confident communicator and excellent at problem solving.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive organisation where we value and reward the performance of our staff.
To apply, please email your CV with contact details of two referees, a supporting statement demonstrating how you meet the requirements set out in the Person Specification and completed equal opportunities monitoring form. For a full job description, please visit the Bridge Renewal Trust website.
