Salary:                           £33,619 - £36,771 + 6% pension (pro rata)

Do you have a passion for supporting community groups to build their capacities to work in partnerships to co-produce and deliver services? Do you want to work with communities to tackle health inequalities?

The Bridge Renewal Trust is a local charity that is working with North Central London Integrated Care System (ICS), Haringey Council and other voluntary sector organisations to deliver ‘Healthy Neighbourhoods’ – a collaborative programme to improve the health, well-being and life chances of people living in the most deprived and diverse neighbourhoods in east Haringey. The programme has a strong emphasis on co-design and co-production with the voluntary and community sector (VCS).

We are currently recruiting a Voluntary Sector Engagement Lead to support grassroots community organisations to build their own capacity, infrastructure and partnerships to engage and deliver joint initiatives to reduce health inequalities across the following themes: Healthy Start, Improving Long-Term Conditions, Improving Mental Wellbeing and Supporting People with Severe & Multiple Disadvantage.

We are looking for someone who is: experienced in engaging with the voluntary and community sector, identifying their needs and helping them to development partnerships and deliver joint activities involving health and wellbeing; adept at partnership working; and conversant with a wide range of engagement approaches to involve a diverse range of community groups.
