Wellbeing Services Manager

Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 pa + 6% pension

Employment type: Fixed term till 6 February 2021 (possible extension); 36 hours/week

Location: Haringey, North London

Do you have demonstrable experience of supporting voluntary and community organisations to build their confidence and competence around mental health and wellbeing? Are you able to support the organisations to successfully fundraise to deliver projects to improve mental wellbeing?

The Bridge Renewal Trust is working in partnership with Mind in Haringey to improve mental health awareness of voluntary and community organisations in Haringey. We are currently recruiting a Wellbeing Services Manager to deliver a programme of community development within Haringey Wellbeing Network to strengthen the capacity and capability of non-specialist organisations in the faith, sports & leisure and social housing sectors to better engage with and support mental health. The post holder will also co-ordinate designated social prescribing activities including line management of assigned staff.

We are looking for someone who has: effective partnership working experience; able to manage relationships and motivate others; knowledge of the statutory and policy framework surrounding mental health, safeguarding and social prescribing; knowledge of issues faced by mental health service users and potential mental health service providers; and conversant with a wide range of communications tools to engage all stakeholders.
