Fantastic opportunity to join the Philanthropy & Partnerships team at Bristol & Weston Hospitals Charity and help do great things to improve the health and happiness of patients in our 10 NHS hospitals in Bristol city centre, South Bristol and Weston-super-Mare.
This is an integral role, and we are looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised person to join our small, passionate team. Key to this role, is the ability to confidently work across account management and new business, maximising income and minimising attrition across our partnerships.
In leading on day-to-day account management, you will have the opportunity to work across partnerships encompassing staff fundraising, charity of the year relationships, cause related marketing, sponsorship, and grants and charitable donations. You will nurture and grow partnerships by delivering excellent stewardship and developing bespoke plans. You will additionally be responsible for developing a quality new business pipeline, and feel confident with research and analysis, as well as outreach. Core to this role is the ability to be proactive and creative in identifying ways to engage new and existing partners; you will have the opportunity to develop new products, events, ideas and engagement tools for our supporters. We work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are looking for a self starter who can manage deadlines and bring creativity and focus to the role.
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable with presenting information in a variety of formats, including presentations, impact reports, digital communications and formal applications. You will use data, insight and analysis to review financial and non-financial KPIs. Experience of using a CRM and the ability to work with data is a must.
You will ideally be from a corporate fundraising background or working in a broader fundraising role with some working knowledge of corporate fundraising. Experience of working with the Bristol business community would be a bonus.
