Are you an experienced BA with good knowledge of both PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies?

If so, you could be the Business Analyst we're looking for.
About the role
Our Business Analysts are working on large scale business transformation programmes across the BHF with projects including: Office 365 deployment; new systems for retail management, grants management, estate management and case management; a major IT Security programme; upgrades and enhancements to existing systems; migration to cloud infrastructure and a variety of key operational and infrastructure programmes.
As Business Analyst you'll help to re-design processes and define new ways of working. You'll work closely with Programme and Project Managers, as well as senior users in various areas of BHF to gather and articulate requirements for business improvement initiatives, helping to re-design processes and define new ways of working.
You'll be involved in the full life cycle of projects including assisting the testing of, promoting and embedding the agreed changes in processes.
With proven experience of working with large organisations to implement business change, you'll be adept at building positive relationships and key stakeholders.
You'll also need to have experience of:
* Eliciting business requirements using a variety of tools
* Developing Business Case for change initiatives
* Working on full business application implementation projects
* Business Process Reengineering
Someone who's ready and willing to "roll up your sleeves" to support the team to deliver successful projects and business change, you'll also have the following skills:
* A methodical and analytic approach
* A strong problem solver
* Able to eliminate assumptions and ambiguity
* Able to constructively challenge stakeholders and their requirements to ensure added value
A BCS Practitioner level qualification in Business Analysis or a BCS Foundation Level qualification in Business Change would be beneficial but is not essential.
