Job description
Are you a technology expert looking for a new opportunity at one of the countries biggest charities?

We have a new opportunity for a Change, Config and Release Manager to join our growing Information Technology team based at our London Head Office.

You'll play a pivotal role within our Technology Transition Team, monitoring and ensuring the integrity of the Change Control processes of the BHF and ensuring that best practice is adhered to for all changes and releases to the live technology environments, thus minimising impact to Technology Services.

About the role

You'll work across our Infrastructure, Development and Digital environments, playing a crucial role in implementing Continual Integration/Deployment practices within Operational Services and owning the end-to-end Release process across the Technology Directorate.

Reviewing proposed Technology Changes for business impact across the BHF you'll also accommodate the drive for continual improvements that the Technology Directorate strives to deliver.

You'll be involved in a wide range of technologies that reach into all areas of the business and you'll see technology enabling the BHF to fulfil its cause.

About you

ITIL accredited, including RCV capability or equivalent, you'll have a technology architecture qualification.

You'll have extensive experience of working in similar role and environment and will ideally have worked within the Charity Sector.

To be successful in this role you'll have the following skills and experience:
* High level of technical awareness
* Excellent documentation and communication skills
* Knowledge and experience of following change management processes
* A high level of attention to detail
* Able to track and monitor processes, seeing projects through to the end

We're looking for drive, attention to detail and a consistent approach to change that will enable our technology to continually progress with minimal risk, the highest integrity and timely delivery.

In return we offer a generous benefits package including flexible working, healthcare cover, dental plan, subsidised gym membership and substantial annual leave.
