Are you an experienced administrator looking to support a busy Healthcare Innovation (HI) team to help us turn research and insights into real-world impact for patients and the public.

If so, you could be the Community Health Programmes Team Coordinator we are looking for.

About the role

As our Coordinator, you'll provide support on a range of HI programmes, providing excellent coordination and championing the best in customer service. Reporting to the Community Survival Manager, you'll provide support to community survival projects and the high-risk conditions programme to support our strategic ambition to triple the survival rates from out of hospital cardiac arrest by 2030.

You'll also help to deliver the activity of the HI team, working closely with colleagues across the BHF, in particular in marketing and communications and content.

We want to reach more people, in new ways, with greater impact, involving more people in their heart and circulatory health and care, and in the work of the BHF. This will improve health outcomes and help ensure that the BHF strengthens its position as the nation's heart charity.

About you

With previous knowledge and understanding of customer management within the commercial or third sector, you'll also have knowledge of UK health charity sector and experience managing customer enquiries and handling complaints, handling different projects simultaneously.

Able to work under pressure and to deadlines, you'll have excellent time management skills and be highly organised and efficient. You'll be a problem-solving team player with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

You'll also have the following skills and experience:

* Ability to manage conflicting priorities
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Enthusiasm to work cross-organisationally.
