About the role
The British Heart Foundation is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. To support this, a new Digital Content & Experiences Centre of Excellence has been developed to step change the impact of digital experiences for BHF customers.
This Centre of Excellence leads strategy, planning and best practice for content and experiences, supporting content leads and creators across the organisation to grow their impact.
As Digital Content Designer you'll work on needs analysis and relating business and audience objectives to new and existing content, identifying gaps, overlaps and customer journeys.
This will involve deciding on the right formats to use, as well as optimising content and championing the use of our CMS and existing style guidelines.
You'll play a key role in ensuring we put the user at the heart of everything we do; supporting colleagues to take a user-centric approach in their work, as well as assisting in the delivery of content to improve digital user experience.
As someone with significant relevant experience working in a similar role across a family of websites, you'll be able to work to tight deadlines and respond quickly and calmly to emerging opportunities.
We'd like you to tell us about your:
* Experience in editing, devising and implementing creative digital content including text, images and video for websites.
* Experience using Content Management Systems (Sitecore experience would be advantageous)
* Experience of digital analytics and using insight to make data-informed decisions on content development.
* Communication skills and ability to persuade and influence when needed
* Strong stakeholder management skills
