The opportunity

Are you results driven? Are you looking for a chance to develop your partnership management skills and to drive income and mission objectives for one of the UK’s largest charities?
If so, you could be the Corporate Partnerships Manager we're looking for

We have ambitious plans for the retention, development and delivery of sector leading corporate partnerships. Can you create the next generation of award winning partnerships at the British Heart Foundation (BHF)?

About the role

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play an instrumental role in managing, developing and retaining world class partnerships with leading UK businesses, to deliver more funds for life-saving and life changing research in support of the fight for every heartbeat.

Your focus in this role will be managing the employee engagement plans across two of the BHF’s most strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for devising and implementing creative, profitable fundraising campaigns, engaging their employees and customers, monitoring progress and evaluating impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced partnership manager to deliver, grow and influence key areas across two strategic partnerships, in line with an ambitious Account Management strategy focused on retention, growth and development.

Please note whilst this role will be based at our Office in London, the BHF will be following a blended approach between home and office working. This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working

About you

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will be a highly motivated individual who possesses the ability to develop strong and influential relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Relishing the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of partnerships within a highly competitive market, you will be driven to maximise these relationships and ensure that they are mutually beneficial.

You may currently be working in Account Management, Major Donor or New Business fundraising. Either way, we want someone with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders and companies to support our vital work.

With excellent team building and communication skills you'll be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, selling our cause and the passion for our work in everything that you do. You’ll have excellent organisational skills and be able to ensure key deadlines are met.

You will need to demonstrate success in your existing or previous roles with knowledge and understanding of Corporate Partnerships, Corporate Social Responsibility and/or the commercial sector. In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a unique benefits package and the knowledge that your hard work is bringing forward the day when people do not die prematurely or suffer from cardiovascular disease.

About us

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. By funding research across six decades, we’ve helped keep millions of hearts beating and millions of families together. We’re investing in ground-breaking research that will get us closer than ever to a world free from the fear of heart and circulatory diseases.

Here at the British Heart Foundation we celebrate diversity and make inclusion part of what we do every day. Diversity and Inclusion forms a main pillar in our People Experience Strategy and we drive our strategy through our diversity and inclusion leaders group Kaleidoscope. Our aim is for all of our colleagues and volunteers to bring their true self to work, so we can continue to fund life saving research.

We understand that you might need a little help balancing your work and home life. Many of our people work flexibly in many different ways. Please feel free to talk to us about the flexibility you may need; we’re happy to explore what’s possible for you and the role.
