About the role

Our Creative team plays a vital part in supporting the British Heart Foundations (BHF) brand and our mission to raise money to fund research to keep hearts beating and blood flowing.

As Creative Designer you'll play a key role in the in-house Creative team as we create and execute multi-discipline work across the organisation. You be involved in developing creative across all communications channels including digital, social, video and print, collaborating with our talented team and working with colleagues around the charity on a variety of projects.

Thinking conceptually to interrogate briefs and get beneath the surface of projects and audience needs, you'll balance creativity with pragmatism to deliver creative that makes our audiences sit up and take notice.

About you

As Creative Designer you'll be adept at producing strong creative concepts and executing across digital, social, video and print channels, meeting the strategic and tactical requirements of the brief you're given.

With a degree in graphic design (or related subjects), you'll have strong and demonstrable creative digital, motion graphics and print design experience either within a creative agency or an in-house creative team.

You'll also need to have:
  • Experience using a Mac and Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and InVision
  • Enthusiasm, passion and curiosity about great design and technical innovation
  • Strong, informed conceptual thinking matched by the skills to bring your concepts to life
Experience of working with a strong commercial brand or large charity would be an advantage too.
