We have an exciting opportunity in our Buildings and Maintenance team for a Maintenance Administrator to join us and be the first point of contact for the team.
You’ll ensure the smooth running of the helpline and will maintain key databases for our programmed worked, raising orders when required. You’ll also work closely with the Building and Maintenance Manager with any dilapidations which may arise.
You’ll have excellent communication skills, ensuring everyone who contacts us has a high level of service. You’ll ensure queries are passed onto the right team so will have excellent organisational skills able to use your initiative to resolve problems.
With previous experience of working in an administrative environment, in a helpdesk or customer service department, you will have excellent attention to detail and will be used to working in a busy office environment.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months and is a P/T position, working 21 hours per week.
This role will be based from home initially. When we are able to safely reopen our offices this role will be based at our Claygate office.
