You could be the Marketing Co-ordinator that we are looking for!


About the role

In this job you’ll be responsible for co-ordinating all local marketing for store teams as well as manage local campaigns and monthly ROI reporting. You’ll provide administrative support and will ensure campaigns launch on time including financial administration and logistics planning.

You’ll support the delivery of our successful donor, volunteer and supporter marketing communications through our Retail shops and stores and will act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring successful provision of the local marketing service.

Working alongside design agencies and printers to produce marketing materials on time and within budgets, you’ll also be responsible for developing exciting, engaging and motivational online and offline assets for our internal audiences to support our campaigns.

About you

With previous marketing experience, you’ll have delivered multiple projects and campaigns in a fast-moving direct marketing team. You’ll be an excellent communicator able to build successful working relationships quickly with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

A creative thinker, able to use own initiative and solve problems, you’ll be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and be driven to use insight and analysis for continuous improvement.

Proficient using MS Office and preferably have experience using Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Reader, you’ll be an exceptionable writer able to create, proof-read, and edit copy for various marketing materials that tell inspiring stories. 

With an enthusiastic and “can-do” positive attitude and team player you’ll help us deliver outstanding marketing communications for the retail team.
