Job Description

Are you a talented Personal Assistant looking for a new challenge? Could you provide exceptional PA support to our Director of People and Organisational Development?

If so we'd love to hear from you!

We are looking for a PA to provide exceptional PA and admin support to our Director of People and Organisational Development (POD) and our POD Senior Leaders.

You'll manage our Director of People and OD's diary, forward plan workload, and lead on travel arrangements and conference organisation. You'll draft and prepare professional communications on behalf of the Director, as well as be responsible for organising and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and actions. Depending on business needs you may be given additional projects to work on as required.

About you

You'll have previous experience of providing PA support at director level and be able to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines. Also you'll have proven experience of providing high quality office and communication management.

Able to get 'stuck in' - with priority focus to the Director, you'll develop a trusted partnership where you are always ready to help.

Able to anticipate issues before they arise and problem solve, you'll have excellent initiative and be able to develop strong working relationships with senior leaders and colleagues across the business.

Organisation will be key in this role as you'll assist our Director and our Heads of Departments in scheduling meetings, planning and coordinating Senior Leadership Conferences and Team Away Days.

To succeed, you'll need to be a self-starter with excellent attention to detail. You'll have a calm, can-do approach and strong communication skills enabling you to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This is a rewarding role, where your support and participation is highly valued. You will be comfortable working with colleagues across the organisation and relish the opportunity to encourage collaboration with People & OD.
