If so, you could be the Paid Search Executive we're looking for.

About the role

The British Heart Foundation is driving a period of dynamic digital change and growth. Senior leadership has announced the ambition to deliver £50 million in digital revenue from key product portfolios by offering world class digital experiences that achieve greater impact for research and BHF customers.

As Paid Search Executive, your job will be to plan, manage, analyse and optimize the BHF's paid search campaigns across AdWords, Bing and DoubleClick for campaigns spanning Brand, Healthcare, Fundraising and Retail.

Consulting with channel teams and colleagues, you'll work in tandem with the Senior Digital Executives from other channels to produce multi-channel campaigns, apply creativity and strong PPC expertise to ensure that KPIs are met and digital excellence is assured on each campaign.

You'll assist the Senior Paid Search Executive and Paid Search Channel Manager in developing plans for paid search advertising, championing a robust "test and learn" approach to stakeholders across the business.

About you

A diligent and enthusiastic digital marketer, you'll have a good knowledge of optimisation tactics and ready to take ownership for the performance of a range of campaigns from day one.

Proactive, curious and willing to learn, you will be able to implement, monitor and optimise campaigns to support the activity of multiple stakeholders across different directorates in a fast-pace environment.

You'll also need:
* A demonstrable in-depth understanding of search engine marketing strategy, methodology and best practices with knowledge in all elements of Paid Search from campaign elements, match types and targeting to ad formats
* Good knowledge of end-to-end campaign creation & optimisation (search query reports, testing, gap analysis, etc.)
* An understanding of PPC (DoubleClick Search/ AdWords/ Bing) and Google Analytics.
