About the role
BHF Northern Ireland is looking to recruit a Policy and Public Affairs Intern to provide research support to the wider team and support an ongoing policy development project.
Our award-winning policy and public affairs team in Northern Ireland is committed to beating heartbreak forever by ensuring our world class research is communicated to government and parliamentarians, this is a great opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in a dynamic policy and public affairs team.
You’ll show a willingness to learn and develop your skills and an eagerness to contribute to a team environment.
With a can do attitude you'll have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to get involved in key projects with the team. You'll be able to develop strong relationships with key contacts both within and outside of the organisation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading charity and get some valuable hands on experience in policy and public affairs.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until 31 March 2022, working 28 hours per week.
