Job description

As a Retail Reporting Administrator, you'll form a key part of our Retail Systems team and be responsible for the creation and distribution of several key performance reports, which will be produced and distributed on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

You'll work with, and bring together, financial, and non-financial information, for example shop sales and stock donation statistics, creating and distributing easy to use, well presented reports for a range of audiences. This will include using tools such as MS excel and Birst BI which may contain confidential & commercially sensitive information, so confidentiality is key. 

This role will also work alongside the Retail System Support Officer, and wider retail operational teams, to support the development and improvements of our reporting suite as we connect to new systems.

Please note whilst this role can be based in Northampton, we are open to applications from across the UK and the BHF will be following a blended approach between home and office working. This will allow us to unlock our best work for our cause, blending the best of home and office working.

About you 

With previous experience or knowledge of charity retail operations, or retail operations in general, you’ll be proficient and have experience with MS office products particularly Excel. You'll also have a strong customer ethos and a collaborative approach.


A self starter with a can-do attitude and excellent organisation skills you'll have the ability to prioritise a high volume workload.
