We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Events Executive to join our Donor Relations Team, which sits within the Philanthropy and Partnership team.
As Senior Events Executive you'll develop activities and events which will engage with and inspire our donors, putting our supporters at the heart of what we do and strengthening relationship.
About the role
You'll be central in creating a world class stewardship and cultivation experience for our supporters - using data and insight to attract, engage and drive long-term loyalty and help fund our lifesaving research.
As Senior Events Executive, you'll play a vital role in planning and delivering a programme of events for the Philanthropy and Partnership teams, including our Summer Drinks, Breakfast Briefings, supporter-led events, site visits and bespoke dinners. You'll also work closely with the Senior Donor Relation Manager and the Senior Stewardship and Cultivation Executive on a number of projects and activities that sit within the engagement framework.
You'll have experience of delivering to a high standard a number of events including stewardship, engagement and cultivation events, which includes planning, budgeting, event delivery, analysis and evaluation.
You'll have excellent organisation skills, be proactive and have a creative approach to problem-solving. A team player, you'll have previous experience of working with senior leaders and high value volunteers and supporters. You'll also have excellent communication, people management and relationship building skills.
Please note this position will require some evening work to deliver events and attend meetings.
