We're looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Customer Insight & Analysis team for a 12 month FTC. You’ll deliver a range of structured reporting and insightful analysis which will lead to improved decision making for British Heart Foundation (BHF) teams.
As Senior Marketing Analyst you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering the central source of analysis that results in a better understanding of customer behaviour. Additionally you'll be supporting the implementation and usage of new technology which will allow the team to deliver more sophisticated activity.
With previous experience working within a Data Marketing department or team, you’ll have knowledge of digital marketing including acquisition marketing and personalised online journeys.
You’ll have a proven track record and experience of the use and manipulation of data structures within a relational database management system.
We are looking for someone who is highly numerate, with strong time management skills. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on your own initiative.
You’ll have excellent problem-solving skills and be an analytical thinker. With strong communication skills you’ll be able to communicate statistical or technical findings in an easy to understand manner. You’ll also have strong data presentation skills and excellent attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you’ll also have knowledge & experience with:
- Data analysis software such as SPSS or equivalent
- MS Azure Synapse Analytics (MS Azure SQL Data Warehouse)
- Microsoft Machine Learning Studio
- Experience of MS SQL
- Data visualisation software e.g. PowerBI
