This is an exciting time to join the British Heart Foundation's (BHF) Operations Centre. As Stewardship Assistant your job will be to support the Stewardship Team Leader in managing and delivering an excellent, warm and friendly outbound stewardship function, ensuring that BHF's activities are fully supported and supporters, volunteers and participants are valued. You'll be offering them support and a listening ear.
As the type of person who loves to talk, but can actively listen you'll easily build relationships, be empathetic, have a great memory and an eye for detail. Experience of outbound calling in a customer service environment with an objective of relationship building, stewardship and support is desirable but not essential for the right person.
You'll be IT literate with a good knowledge of CRM systems or other database packages and possess exceptional communication, customer service and organisational skills.

Please note that the stewardship team have flexible hours and can work up until 8pm on a weekday, which allows us to contact our supporters at a time that suits them.
