Workplace Host and Concierge
Based at our head office near Camden, you’ll act as an ambassador of the British Heart Foundation (BHF) for all staff and visitors to our London office.
With enthusiasm, confidence and a natural flair for people support, you’ll assist the Workplaces Management team in delivering a vital service to the amazing and eclectic staff and visitors at the BHF. This will include:
- greeting visitors
- front of house administration assistance
- meeting scheduling
- meeting room set up, including AV
This is a great opportunity for someone with front of house or reception experience who is looking to expand their skills further within a facilities capacity by joining our small and fast paced concierge and workplace management service that includes guest management, hospitality, office space management, couriers and travel.
This is a full-time position working 09.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday based at our London head office.
An experienced Receptionist or Front of House Administrator, within a customer facing environment, you’ll be one the first point of contacts at our head office, so will have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. You’ll enjoy and have enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
With experience using IT based resource / facilities booking programme, you’ll be proficient in all Microsoft Packages. Experience with AV in meetings would be advantageous. While there will be training, we are looking for people with a basic technical aptitude
