Regent's Park, Greater London
£25,543 per year
Contract, Fixed term to 31 March 2024, with the possibility of this being extended for the right candidate, Full-time
Job description

Are you passionate about transforming care for children with neurological conditions around the world? BPNA works with a global network of experts to do exactly that. We're looking for an International Programme Assistant to support our growing programme of international activities.

With a focus on short courses in epilepsy, you'll ensure that healthcare workers around the world have the training they need to diagnose and treat the condition effectively. You'll support colleagues across 5 continents to organise these courses, working through challenges and solving problems as you go.

We are looking for someone with a positive mindset and 'can-do' attitude who has an interest in international development. Experience of supporting a team or working in a similar administrative role is essential. Your strong relationship-building skills will be central to this role, as will your willingness to learn.

The successful applicant will initially be employed until 31 March 2024, with the possibility of this being extended for the right candidate. In the short-term, this post will be based remotely. In the longer term, hybrid working is expected, with some days being worked from home and some days being worked from BPNA’s London office. The successful candidate will need to live within a commutable distance of this office.

Application Instructions

To apply for this role, please submit your CV and a covering letter (maximum 2 pages) through CharityJob. Your covering letter should detail how your skills and experience meet the person specification. You must have the right to work in the UK.

First round interviews will take place on Monday 12th and Tuesday 13th July. Second round interviews will take place on Tuesday 20th July.

Please note that we will only be able to provide feedback to shortlisted candidates. If you do not hear from us within 14 days of the closing date, please assume your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
