Do you want to lead our strategic approach to risk management across our organisation?
We have a fantastic opportunity. This is a fully flexible position, allowing you to choose your own working location and tailor your working pattern to suit your own needs for an experienced Risk Manager (Corporate) to join our Strategy, Planning and Performance team on a permanent basis.
About the role
Engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders, you will identify, manage and control risks through robust approaches and processes across the organisation.
You will provide expert support, advice and leadership in an ongoing programme to drive a strategic approach to risk management, overseeing the risk champion group and working with leaders and their teams to ensure that risk management is fully integrated within strategic planning, operational delivery and performance monitoring.
You will design and deliver a programme of training for staff across the organisation to embed an effective risk management culture, ownership and responsibility for risk management.
You will make recommendations for putting in place a risk management system that supports best practice and is usable by teams across the organisation to record and manage risk.
You will prepare quarterly risk reports to present to our executive leadership and the Board.
