Product Development Officer
35 Hours per week
Contract type: Two roles - 1x Permanent and 1x Fixed Term Contract until 27/08/2019
Salary: GBP 26,500 per annum, Including London weighting

We are looking for two Product Development Officers to join our Fundraising Innovation team. One role is permanent and the other is a fixed term contract until 27 August 2019. In this role you will support and / or lead on the creation and implementation of new products as well as developing products within our current portfolio.
You will be involved in conducting audience research and running idea generation workshops, constantly looking to find new, creative, and innovative ways in which we can make improvements to both our products and our approach.

You've got strong business acumen, balancing an appetite for change with an understanding of commercial viability and feasibility.
You're creative, innovative, and driven - you've got a proven record of innovation, marketing, new product / service development, or delivering customer-focussed propositions in a range of contexts
You're a great communicator - whether it's relationship-building, negotiation, communication, or presentation and influencing skills
You're a people person - you've got a good sense of humour and can listen generously
