Job Description

Property Support Administrator

Location: Paisley

Hours per week: 35

Contract type: Fixed-term contract until 6th of March 2020 (secondment opportunity)

Salary: up to GBP 17,565 per annum depending on experience


About the role


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Support Administrator to join our property support team in a varied and key role.


You will be responsible for the provision of a first class administration and support service for the organisation's property professionals, building managers, external suppliers, agents and landlords. The property support team deals with approximately 600 properties which have an annual budget of GBP 15 million.


Acting as main point of contact, you will organise property database and filing system, review and manage supplier quotations, prepare purchase orders and credit notes, and review and monitor all annual rates notices.


About the team


The Property Support team are the organisation's point of contact for property related matters, delivering and developing an efficient and effective end-to-end purchasing service for all property related services and utilities. The team is also responsible for the maintenance of the organisation's property database and property filing system ensuring that these are complete, accurate, up-to-date and fit for purpose.


About the person


As our successful candidate, you will have previous experience of working within an office environment, preferably in a finance or property office where you would work with large databases and deal with administrative systems and procedures.


Possessing strong communications skills, both written and oral, you are IT literate and feel comfortable using Microsoft Office.


A knowledge of computerised purchase to pay systems (Agresso preferably) and management systems (Assyst ideally) would be advantageous.
