Property Support Administrator
Location: Paisley
Hours per week: 35
Contract type: Fixed-term contract until March 2020
Salary: up to GBP 17,565 pro rata per annum
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Support Administrator to join our property support team in a varied and key role.
What you will be doing
As a Property Support Administrator you will be responsible for the provision of a first class administration and support service for the organisation's property professionals; building managers, external suppliers, agents and landlords. The property support team deals with approximately 600 properties which have an annual budget of GBP 15 million.
Acting as main point of contact, you will organise the property database and filing system, review and manage supplier quotations, prepare purchase orders and credit notes, and review and monitor all annual rates notices.
What we are looking for
You will have previous experience of working within an office environment, preferably in a finance or property office where you would work with large databases and deal with administrative systems and procedures.
Possessing strong communications skills, both written and oral, you are IT literate and feel comfortable using Microsoft Office.
You will also have a knowledge of computerised purchase to pay systems (Agresso preferably) whilst experience with a management system such as Assyst would be advantageous.
