Location: Leeds
Contract type: Fixed-term contract until 21/02/2019
Hours per week: 35, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for an administrator with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Independent Living and Crisis Response Team as a Service Admin Assistant.
You will assist the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions to the Independent Living and Crisis Response team in accordance with both the needs of the area and corporate requirements.
You will be an efficient administrator who is confident to respond to incoming enquiries from healthcare professionals and members of the public over phone and by email. This is a role which requires a motivated, committed and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people in a sensitive yet professional manner. You will be able to use IT systems and databases in your role and produce well written letters and emails.

The Independent Living (IL) & Crisis Response (CR) service (IL/CR) supports people in the space between hospital and home and responds to the needs of people in crisis following an emergency; maintaining an extensive network of external relationships across health, social care, and emergency services.
About you...
You will be a positive, passionate and outgoing administrator with an approach to customer service and previous general administrative experience such as dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone, scanning and filing, meeting and greeting customer.
Confident in using telephone systems, Microsoft packages & Outlook, you can create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint applications and documents, while maintaining the ability to work accurately.
