Job Description

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a passion for youth participation and knowledge of the healthcare system and structures to lead the well-established NHS Youth Forum. The Forum was established in 2013, and the British Youth Council have facilitated it since day one.

The Youth Forum’s core aims are to:

  • Ensure that young people’s voices are present in the national programmes of work in NHS England
  • Be a “critical friend”, exploring aspects of health that do or don’t work well for young people and suggesting improvements to health services for young people
  • Encourage other young people to get actively involved in their own healthcare

If you have experience of working with young people and managing a diverse range of stakeholders then apply today!

This role is 21 hours per week and can be home based or based in our London HQ. It involves extensive travel across the country and residential events with young people.
