We are establishing a brand new service and have several vacancies!
BLG Mind is working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Primary Care Mental Health Service (Welcome Service) for Bromley. We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of an integrated team providing support to people with long-term mental health problems within a primary care setting, supporting people to develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.
We are looking for 2 part time Peer Support Workers to work alongside Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind and Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and other primary and social care colleagues to deliver this service.
The successful candidate will provide recovery-orientated peer support to people with long-term mental health problems, facilitating access to community activities and emotional support.
