Salary: £24,000 pro rata + London weighting

Brook is the UK’s leading provider of young people’s sexual health and wellbeing services. Our services across England provide free and confidential information, counselling and support to help young people make positive, healthy lifestyle choices to improve their wellbeing. Our education work supports young people’s emotional development and teaches core life skills and our training for professionals improves their experience of health and education.
Based in our Brixton office, with flexibility to work from home, you will work with the Business Development Lead to support Brook to diversify and grow income through the sale of its education and wellbeing work, contributing to the financial sustainably of the organisation. You will be able to identify, develop and maintain effective and successful partnerships with a range of education providers, local authorities, businesses and other organisations who work with and support young people. You will maximise all income generation opportunities and be able to meet agreed income targets.
A performance related bonus of up to £2000 per annum is attached to this position.
You may be a recent graduate or looking for the next step in your career. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally with key stakeholders.
You will be able to prioritise a demanding workload and work well under pressure. You will also be able to make confident decisions based on your initiative and work to deadlines. You will be organised and have a can-do attitude. Experience of working within a sales environment would be an advantage.
