We provide free, confidential sexual health services and counselling in clinical settings throughout the country. Our education work supports young people’s emotional development and teaches core life skills, while our training for professionals improves the confidence of teachers to deliver effective, rights-based relationships and sex education.
About this position
You will play a vital part in implementing Brook’s new Digital strategy; helping the organisation progress and thrive digitally, both internally and externally, and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
You will work closely with teams across the organisation to embed digital best practice, raise Brook’s profile, ensure young people’s voices are heard throughout our work and support the professionals who work with them.
You will have a positive attitude, excellent teamwork and communication skills, and be flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
You will also be organised and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, thinking both critically and empathetically, to ensure all work is of a high standard.
You will have experience of working on multiple projects and to differing deadlines, and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and respond constructively to pressure, seeking support when required.
Essential to this role is demonstrable experience of working in a digital-focussed role, preferably within a voluntary sector or not-for profit organisation. You have experience of working collaboratively both internally and externally, and of supporting colleagues to maximise the potential of digital within their work.
