About this position
You will play a key role in supporting Brook to innovate and grow our clinical services and education and wellbeing work. You will deliver successful bids for grants and contracts for services across the country with key commissioners and partners and for retendering services for our existing work.
Essential to this role is significant experience in service development and business growth; you will have a successful track record in winning large contracts for services. You will be managing complex tenders with multiple partners and your knowledge of the current funding and commissioning environment will support Brook to grow its business and expand its reach.
You will have a strong track record of securing funding from statutory funders, charitable trusts and foundations and your knowledge of public health and local authority commissioning will enable you to lead and develop innovative service proposals. You will have experience of working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and partners and your excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills will support business growth.
You will have excellent organisational skills, great attention to detail and be able to manage a complex and busy workload. You will have the ability to make decisions, work autonomously and to tight deadlines. You will be expected to represent the organisation externally.
