At Brooke, we are going through a very exciting digital change process across our Fundraising and Comms Directorate. You will be working in a brand new team that has been shaped around the audience engagement funnel with each team set up to play a crucial role in engaging audiences and supporters - from the point of awareness, to interest, to engagement through to supporter loyalty.
The role will be instrumental in responding to new opportunities and creating new financial and non-financial products that mobilise, recruit and engage large numbers of new supporters. You’ll work mainly using digital recruitment channels – paid social, PPC etc but you’ll develop integrated campaigns with more traditional channels – DRTV, and direct mail etc.
You will work closely with Optimisation specialists, to ensure your team puts data, insights and optimisation at the heart of recruitment and mobilisation strategy.
Skills and Experience required
You should apply if you have an experienced digital fundraiser, digital campaigner or digital marketing professional, who loves working across different specialism to drive a first class supporter engagement and development programme. You’ll definitely need lots of digital experience, specifically using Facebook ads manager, Google ads and managing display campaigns for the purposes of recruitment, acquisition and fundraising.
