Location: Remote/Hybrid (Min of 1 day per week in our Central London Office)

Job Summary

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital learning professional to lead on developing and maximising the use of digital learning at a global charity. We are a truly international team seeking an individual who wants to support our dedicated animal health and welfare teams to deliver high quality training around the world to improve the lives of animals. This varied role offers the opportunity to take the lead on developing and managing a new bespoke open access virtual learning environment as well as design creative digital learning solutions and support people across the organisation to create and update their own digital learning.

This is a three year part time role with flexibility to work either in the UK or our Country Programme. This role will work closely with the subject matter experts in animal welfare, health, community development and research, as well as alongside the Brooke Learning and Development team.

Criteria

We are looking for someone with strong instructional design knowledge and skills as well as experience of both creating digital learning and managing a Moodle/Totara based learning management system. You will also need to be comfortable working collaboratively with global subject matter experts who are unfamiliar with eLearning design tools and approaches and have excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
