Job description

We are recruiting for a Fundraising Officer to support the development and submission of nature conservation project funding applications, with a focus on bees and other pollinators.  This is an amazing opportunity to be a part of a fantastic team with ambitious plans!

In the role you will join a team small team that are responsible for developing and building our pollinator conservation work via our Growing B-Lines programme.  B-Lines is Buglife’s solution to the decline in our bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects by creating a national network of wildflower habitats – and you could help us to make this happen!

Your role will be to generate income from charitable trusts and foundations, corporate partners, and statutory sources to support this work programme across the UK. You will prospect, draft, manage and submit applications.

We are looking for a strong fundraiser who has a track record of raising 5-6 figures from trusts and foundations.

Start date: September 2020
