The Walcot Foundation is an independent grant-making charity located in Lambeth, South London, providing a range of economic and social support directly to young people, schools and community groups in order to transform their prospects in the borough. About you and the role
The purpose of this role is to head up development of key partnerships and income streams that will ensure the charity remains financially sustainable and able to deliver our impact at scale. You will be responsible for the assessment of, and managing relationships with, all major new partners. You will be accountable for delivering on an ambitious income generation strategy, and for monitoring and effectively reporting our impact. You will ensure that our impact and the importance of our work is effectively communicated to potential new partners, working closely with the Head of Communications and supported by the Marketing Manager. You will work alongside the Chief Executive and the Head of Finance to develop annual plans and budgets and work closely with the Director of Transformation and School Engagement Manager to ensure projects are secured, fully funded and financially sustainable.

Key responsibilities:
● Developing a comprehensive income generation and marketing strategy that supports the delivery of the charity’s objectives and activities
● Manage and maintain existing significant partnerships with key funders (trusts, corporates and major donors), identifying new opportunities to deepen and extend relationships where desirable

Skills & experience:

The post holder will be expected to work to actively drive sales of RSCM products such as ‘Hymnpact!’ (a singing resource aimed at encouraging singing in primary schools), sales of events such as singing courses, and membership subscriptions; and in some instances voluntary giving. Some of the work will be in support of RSCM Enterprises, RSCM’s wholly owned trading subsidiary.
The sales plan will be delivered with some assistance of external contractors (e.g. social media), and with input from individuals across the organisation.
The post holder is responsible for selling to individuals, corporate customers (such as school federations) and organisations (e.g. choral societies) including through appropriate organisational networks. The holder will play an active part in suggesting, agreeing and delivering agreed KPIs and sales targets, monitoring and adjusting activities as necessary to improve results. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the long-term financial viability of the charity and whilst we have a comprehensive product offer, we welcome innovation. Principle Duties:
- Venue Hire Management: Lead for all hire enquiries and bookings from initial conversations through to event delivery and after-care.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively drive venue hire sales, convert enquiries, and reach budgeted targets, working to develop opportunities with current, returning, and prospective clients. About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. As a local development worker, you will support Quaker communities to be inclusive, welcoming and all-age. The support areas include worship, community, organisational management, social action, collaboration in the wider community, and outreach. You will provide accompaniment, facilitation, project support, and training. You will work alongside others at Quakers in Britain and Woodbrooke to provide resources and opportunities that grow from the identified needs of local Quakers.
Hours: 28 hours per week (Including some weekends and evenings and frequent travel in the region and nationally)

The role
As Partner Engagement Manager you will promote and develop the work of Family Fund in its reach to families. You’ll also contribute to its profile within the disability sector in Wales and with key Government/political stakeholders.
You will proactively work with a wide range of public, private and third sector organisations. Your goal will be to ensure Family Fund’s strategy is understood, and that mutually beneficial relationships are formed. In addition, you will seek out opportunities which allow Family Fund to achieve its key priorities, deliver added value for funders, and secure positive outcomes for our beneficiaries.
You will be acknowledged as a senior Family Fund representative across the disability sector, deputising for the Group CEO, or Directors on committees and at events as required.
Finally, you will build effective partnerships and proactively develop activities with key organisations across public, private and third sectors.

- Ensuring that Family Fund’s profile remains high amongst key organisations.
- Promoting the support offered by Family Fund to support demand generation, including targeted work in relation to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion objectives.

About you
For this role you will need to have experience of presenting to external stakeholders and representing an organisation in a professional capacity. You’ll also need experience of managing budgets and delivering projects.
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated and be able to engage positively with different teams. You must be flexible, adaptable and resilient to work demands and change. This post is home based with regular travel.

PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver a range of stalking training courses to Trust clients, work with internal experts to ensure course content is kept up to date, provide consultancy project support, and collaborate with a range of statutory and non-statutory clients and stakeholders.

To support the Commercial Stalking Lead in generating new and repeat business through managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
