Hope for the Young is on a mission to remove the obstacles to young refugees and asylum-seeker’s education and well-being through a bespoke package of one-to-one mentoring, advocacy, and financial support.
Founded in 2008, Hope for the Young has grown from a small grant-making charity led by its Trustees to an organisation that, last year, worked closely alongside 135 young people, with 11 staff members, and 150 dedicated volunteer mentors.

About the Role
As our Fundraising and Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission and expanding our impact so that more young refugees can access the education and one-to-one support they need to rebuild their lives in the UK. JOB DESCRIPTION AND PERSON SPECIFICATION
The Individual Giving Manager (Retention) will work within the Public Fundraising Team and play a key part in growing and sustaining income from our individual giving audiences of cash donors and regular giving supporters. You will work closely with the Deputy Director of Fundraising, Individual Giving Manager (Acquisition), Supporter Care Officer and Database Manager and will be responsible for the development, project management and delivery of the supporter retention, renewal and stewardship program. This role plays a key part in driving income growth and sustainability in our Individual Giving programme.
Your priorities will include:

We are seeking to appoint a Financial and Management Accountant for the Museum’s trading company (RAFMEL), as part of a small finance team for the Museum and RAFMEL. The profits of RAFMEL are gifted to the RAF Museum to enhance our visitor experience, improve our facilities, and help us inspire everyone with the RAF story.
Key responsibilities of our Financial and Management Accountant will include:

The International Society for Influenza and Other Respiratory Virus Diseases (ISIRV) is an independent scientific membership-based society promoting the prevention, detection, treatment, and control of influenza and other respiratory virus diseases since 2005. The Mencap Community and Events Team has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, motivated and passionate fundraiser, dedicated to raising as much funds as possible to help make the UK the best place to live for people with a learning disability to join our team as Senior Community Fundraising Manager covering England and Wales.

What will I be doing?
The post-holder will lead on premises, facilities, finance and personnel and administration systems in order to support the effective delivery of CAW services to clients and management of the organisation.

Fundraising Manager (Grants and Trusts)
Working closely with the Chief Executive, the Fundraising Manager will help secure and sustain existing and new grant income streams from trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, statutory bodies, and other local or national funders. The Fundraising Manager will work with others to research and identify prospective new funding opportunities, write and submit grant applications, and build strong relationships with donors. They will have strong confidence in presenting AFRUCA to prospective donors and coordinate and maintain strong working relationships with them.

2. Job Description
The Head of External Engagement is a key leadership post within the organisation. The role encompasses responsibility for the development and delivery of the organisation’s external activity, including profile, brand identity and stakeholder engagement (including the public), fundraising, and driving income generation in new areas, notably commercial partnerships. It also forms part of Sound and Music’s senior management team, who under the leadership of the Chief Executive are responsible for overseeing the organisation’s programme of activity, strategic development, external profile and a positive and productive organisational culture.

Leadership and management
External leadership:
· Represent Sound and Music publicly, including through stakeholder and supporter events

Internal leadership:

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to work predominantly on the Warm Welcome Campaign, whilst also supporting wider fundraising efforts within the Good Faith Partnership. You will be responsible for securing significant income for the Warm Welcome Campaign from a variety of sources, mainly from Grant-making bodies.
