We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Area Branch Development Manager to join our field operations team. You will join us working 35 hours per week (including some evening and weekends) on a 12 month fixed-term contract basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £41,363 per annum, plus car allowance and excellent benefits.
The role will be home-based and the successful candidate must be based in (or willing to relocate to) Cornwall or West Devon, as travel is necessary for the execution of the post holder’s duties throughout this region.

Our branch network is made up of groups of volunteers, led by a Branch Team Leader and overseen by a branch committee. Usually volunteering from their own homes, our branch volunteers foster cats until they are ready to re-home, raise funds to directly help the cats in their care, spread vital cat welfare messages across to members of the public, carry out trap-neuter-return activity, and much more!
Responsibilities of our Area Branch Development Manager:
As an Area Branch Development Manager you will be accountable for the development, growth and local governance of branches within a designated area. Providing a solution-driven approach with the aim of helping more cats through the effective engagement of local volunteers. You will develop and deliver an area plan that captures the importance of volunteer engagement, recruitment, support, enabling and succession planning to ultimately achieve branch growth and sustainability. You will work collaboratively with other CP regional teams where appropriate, identifying where there are opportunities to achieve more by working together.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager to work closely with the Head of Programme Funding to drive new donor engagement and secure sustainable, multi-year funding. This role plays a key part in driving income growth and sustainability in our Individual Giving programme.
Your priorities will include:
· Driving the strategic and operational planning of Individual Giving to deliver strong income growth and return of investment (ROI), ensuring agreed targets and KPIs are achieved in relation to retention and conversion of existing donors.

Standing Voice is looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager based in or near London to join our UK team. This is an exciting and challenging role in a creative and focused working environment, within an organisation with multiple programmes and funding streams across 3 countries. About the Role
MSI is in the process of rolling out a Global Data Warehouse (GDW) using the Microsoft Modern Data Warehouse (MDW) suite of applications, principally Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power Apps and Power BI. The aim is to produce a single repository of global data, and to improve & modernise MSI’s reporting, ensuring it is fit for both Global Head Office and the Country Programmes’ strategies and operating models.
This is a 12-month fixed term role to act as a technical expert within the BI Reporting team on the GDW project. The successful candidate will report into the Project’s technical lead assisting with the design, development and delivery of requirements as prioritised by the Project Board.

- 5+ years’ experience developing BI solutions, some of which was using Microsoft’s Modern Data Warehouse suite of applications
- Experience in implementing PySpark transformations and actions
- Experience in establishing and managing on-premises data connections, between on-premises databases and cloud-based environments.
- Knowledge of data gateway configurations to facilitate seamless communication between on-premises and cloud data sources.
- Experience of training system administrators to maintain solutions
- Experience of training end users to use solutions
- Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities.

About The Role
