We have an opportunity for an exceptional Business Analyst to work across the organisation to support system development and enhancement. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to provide problem solving and analytical skills in support of our business needs. This role is offered on a 1 year contract.
This is a unique position which will suit a candidate who can provide a full range of business analytical skills that can ensure robust and innovative development in systems and processes and champion enhancement. They will be skillful communicators and outstanding listeners who will interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements, whilst being willing to challenge teams on assumptions. This role will provide the opportunity work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff and non executives, to deliver organisation-wide pieces which will include their practical input for cost modelling tools and systems that enable appraisals that underpin progress and change.
The right candidate will have a proven track record of applying advanced communication skills to build prosperous relationships that motivate, encourage and support change. They will possess demonstrable problem solving skills and exemplary analytical abilities, alongside their capacity to demonstrate and present effectively. The role will suit a true practitioner of business analysis who can develop and apply a range of tools.
