Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Director working 21 hours over 3-5 days as desired.  You will provide management oversight for the current business units, manage the Released to Change programme, develop and implement a new model of recruitment and support.  Develop the scope for a broader offer to disadvantaged people.  The Director will help develop and implement a plan to deliver long-term sustainability of Change-Up at Kennington Cross and deliver specific projects such as “Release to Change” pilot and any development of the Kennington Kitchen Project.

PERSON:

We require a talented and self-motivated individual to lead the development of Change-Up at Kennington Cross. The person will need to be able to connect to unit holders, partners, supporters and the local community in an empathetic and engaging manner and possess the personal credibility to influence stakeholders. The post-holder will be directed and supported, but there will be flexibility to manage own workload, negotiate key deliverables and be creative in how they help develop the charity.
