The Responsible Business Tracker® is BITC’s flagship performance measurement and improvement tool, available to all our members. It enables an assessment of their progress as a responsible business, as defined in our Responsible Business Map which is built on the UN’s Global Goals (SDGs).
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Insights and Innovation Manager who has an interest in responsible business to manage the delivery of the Responsible Business Tracker and increase year-on-year participation, enabling businesses and colleagues to benefit from insights and learnings.
This is a key role, not only within the Strategy and Products directorate but for the organisation as a whole.
This role will manage the successful delivery of the Tracker, including putting in place and overseeing operational, resourcing communications and systems-based processes, liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, and leading the assessment process. Experience of data analysis and using data to generate insight, recommendations and commercial opportunities is essential. Technical expertise related to method and theory in research design would be an advantage.
You will also manage the production of an annual Tracker Insights Report and present key findings at member events around the UK, so you will need excellent communication skills. Experience of engaging stakeholders, delivering feedback and training, and presenting to and inspiring audiences is advantageous.
You will have demonstrable experience in managing projects to time and on budget. You will have knowledge of web-based systems/software (particular web-based survey tools) as well as Qualtrics, Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Sharepoint or similar cloud-based software.
You will also have experience of developing and implementing a strategy for growing member participation in the Tracker and raise the public profile of the Tracker with businesses across the UK.
