This is an exciting role at BITC which will be instrumental to provide ongoing support to our membership department.
The Membership Support Officer will work closely with the Relationship Managers in the delivery an outstanding service to our members.
Some travel to our national regions will be required.
We are looking for someone with knowledge in responsible business and/or corporate social responsibility and ideally experience of CRM databases (e.g. Salesforce).
You will have excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills will be essential.
You will be able to work independently and creatively, responding well to tight or changing deadlines.
