What we do

Purpose of Job
The post holder will act as first point of contact for all visitors in a friendly and professional manner. They will manage the front of house function at our London office including answering all incoming calls via main switchboard, deliveries, post and housekeeping, assisting in maintaining high levels of safety and good housekeeping.
They will work with the Facilities Coordinator and Manager to ensure all building services are fully serviced and in good working order, ensuring minimum down time including providing training and support to teams using office equipment and administration support to the Facilities Team.
The front of house role is the first face and voice that external people meet and listen to, therefore this role embodies our values, promotes our organisation and our culture.
The role supports all colleagues in the London office and regional offices with the ordering of couriers, archiving and retrieving materials, stationery orders, taxi orders and various other administrative tasks which are on top of the normal visitor management, room booking administration, switchboard management etc.
Also the receptionist role plays a vital role in supporting both the facilities coordinator and the facilities manager in the day-to-day running of our London office and all the important functions that we provide to our colleagues.
