The Business Support Assistant will provide a high level professional support and assistance to the Leeds Service at all times. The post holder will report directly to Two Service Managers covering the Leeds Services. The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries.
The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and effective business support function to the Leeds Services. The Leeds Services provide dedicated services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Older Adults in their own homes and in supported accommodation that is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
You are likely to be required to work two to three days a week at the Hall Lane Base, a Day a week at the Brandling Court Base and a Day a week at the Leeds Older Adults or Horsforth Service.
It is essential all services maintain excellent and accurate records using systems that support each service to evidence CQC Requirements and Contract Requirements. Developing and maintaining robust recording systems with Service Directors guidance is a key function of the role.
