Organisational Development & Change Lead
£37,740 per annum
C&C have 260 employees and manage c. 2000 properties in prime locations within the M25 corridor, providing housing, care, and bespoke services exclusively for the over 55s in London.
As the OD (Organisational Development) & Change Lead, you will work closely with the Head of OD and Change to deliver the People Doing their Best objectives of our A Fit Future Strategy.
You will use your co-production, facilitation and interpersonal skills to embed our Values, new ways of working, and a culture that focuses on collaboration, innovation and service delivery; you will also support staff engagement and satisfaction by facilitating and supporting staff initiatives.
You will be supported by our Head of OD and Change, who will encourage, coach and enable you to develop your career, and to make a difference to colleagues and residents by implementing a best in class organisational development and change service.
