Job Profile

The Group Administrator, Emergency Response Group (ERG) is responsible for supporting the management and administration of CAFOD’s humanitarian work, working in close collaboration with the Head of Emergency Response Group (HERG) and the ERG management team (ERGMT). S/he provides executive assistance to the HERG and is responsible for administrating ERG’s central business systems. S/he also supports (cross-)group communications and ERG central financial management and supports corporate emergency response and crisis management procedures.

The ideal candidate has an interest in maintaining or developing a career in high level administration/executive level support, has excellent administrative and interpersonal/communications skills and the ability to work under pressure, to multitask and to prioritise independently to ensure timely and effective achievement of ERG objectives.

The post is London-based and sits within CAFOD’s Emergency Response Group. The post-holder reports to the Head of Emergency Response Group......
