Job description

Our ideal candidate will have experience of facilitating arts projects involving a range of art forms as well as an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or 2 years' relevant experience. The role is responsible for:

  1. Delivering, monitoring and evaluating the Friday Arts Club for adults who learn differently or are disabled, to improve service users’ choice, independence, quality of life and skills.
  2. Managing, motivating and developing a small team of support workers and volunteers to ensure all team members understand, embrace and deliver to the strategic aims of the service and meet professional standards and best practice, embedded throughout the team.
  3. Assisting the Head of Service with the strategic development of the service including the preparation of funding proposals and reports to stakeholders.
