We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Care and Support Manager (Registered Manager) to help us deliver high quality services, which are focused on person centred outcomes, and delivered within budget.
We are a leading, long established and progressive UK charity supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems and other support needs. We support people in nine communities across England.

The successful candidate will have:
- Ideally been a registered manager or had responsibilities in maintaining registration
- Solid experience of management and supervision within the Adults with Learning Disabilities sector
- A level 5 social care management qualification or equivalent
- Ideally have a nursing or social worker background
- Have a thorough practical knowledge of good practice in the social care sector
It is essential that you are a strong people manager who can develop, mentor and coach staff and can demonstrate a strong drive to delivering excellent, person-centred services.
You will be IT literate, hold a full UK driving licence and will be able to share the on-call duty management with other managers.
