Fundraising Planning Lead (internally known as Portfolio?Planning Lead)
Reports to: Head of Portfolio Strategy & Planning??
Location:?Stratford, with high flexibility
Working pattern: 35 hours?per week?(highly flexible)
Salary:?£45,000 - £55,000?p.a.?
We are looking for?a?self-driven?&?proactive problem-solver?to lead the alignment of plans and priorities?across CRUK's?Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement teams?to CRUK's strategic goals.?
Our fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement teams enable CRUK to raise the vital funds needed to beat cancer through research.? ??The Planning Lead plays a crucial role in driving forward our operational planning and prioritisation processes.? You'll also support the Product & Portfolio Management department leadership team to identify and resolve issues impacting the delivery of our strategy.??We're looking for?a proactive problem-solver?who can lead, unite?and collaborate well with their colleagues to achieve shared?goals.?
You'll join a fun, friendly, creative and collaborative team that works hard to find new ways to raise more money for our cancer beating research - whilst having a few laughs along the way.
What will I be doing???
You'll use your great organisational skills, experience in developing operating plans and excellent influencing skills to ensure the entire team is focused on delivering our strategic goals. You'll also ensure that delivery issues affecting the implementation of our growth strategy are quickly identified and resolved.
If you enjoy planning across teams, are comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity and are great at solving problems, this could be the role for you.

Significant?experience in operational?planning and project/programme management.????
Significant experience building collaborative and effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leaders.?
