Are you a self-motivated and sharp minded individual with strong marketing and Individual Giving experience that can help us beat cancer?

Why we need you

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an Individual Giving Product Marketing Senior Executive. We need you support the development of the Individual Giving function to achieve the relevant product objective for Fundraising & Marketing. Further to this, we need you to also support the Product Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing plan, meeting and exceeding KPIs, to time and budget.

What will I be doing?

Make an impact every day by…

  • Undertaking internal and external landscape analysis to define and develop the audiences and product offerings that need activating as part of the product marketing plan

  • Translating the product marketing plan into cross-channel integrated briefs that meet the needs of Cancer Research UK audiences and work with agencies and internal teams to deliver required outputs

  • Leading on the delivery of data and digital campaign set-up requirements

  • Working with UX experts to devise pre-launch test and learn initiatives

  • Working with internal teams to deliver email, SMS and social marketing activity

  • Working collaboratively with teams across Fundraising & Marketing to share learnings and best practice

  • Leading on in-campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.

What skills are you looking for?

You'll be able to bring to the role…

  • Relevant experience of delivering multi-channel campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis

  • Relevant experience of marketing for regular giving, and strong understanding of Individual Giving products and audiences

  • Good understanding of end-to-end supporter journeys and the role of different channels in fully integrated campaigns

  • Good understanding of UX principles and experience of interpreting results and recommending opportunities for optimisation

  • Experience of managing own workload, meeting deadlines and effectively handling changing priorities

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
